How long does shipping take for my beer order?

Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 working days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your box leaves our warehouse.

What should I do if a bottle or keg arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if anything arrives broken, please contact our customer service team within 14 days with a photo of the damage for a full refund or replacement.

Can I return beer or subkegs if I change my mind?

Due to the nature of the product, we can only accept returns on non-perishable items like taps and accessories. Beer products cannot be returned once delivered for food safety reasons.

How do I use a discount code on my purchase?

You can apply your discount code at the checkout stage. Simply enter the code into the 'Voucher Code' field and click apply to update your total.

Are the The SUB kegs compatible with any beer tap?

No, The SUB kegs (2L) are specifically designed for use only with The SUB draught machines. They are not compatible with Blade or other home tap systems.
