At Beerwulf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unopened products and accessories. Please note that for quality and health reasons, we can only accept returns on beer products if they are unopened and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Beerwulf account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that beer bottles or kegs are securely padded to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the return portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at a designated collection point; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days.
